Foundations In Classical Drawing

I am proud to offer a Foundations in Classical Drawing class. Classes are 90 minutes in duration for 4 consecutive weeks at a time. Class size is 5-8 students (All ages and skill-levels welcome) and they are held in Kingston, Ontario. In the Foundations of Classical Drawing class, we will explore the 19th-century French academic methodology and utilize the Charles Bargue Plates. We will also explore Cast Drawing, Masterwork copies, Sight-Size, as well as discuss theoretical concepts pertaining to classical technique. As an engaging bonus, we will also be exploring some history of the European Old Masters as well.

Pricing: $250 for 4 consecutive 90-minute weekly lessons.

*Students are responsible for their own supplies. A recommended materials list will be supplied to you.
